How to go from vegan to vegetarian?
I've been vegan since around 2006, and lately I've been thinking about being a vegetarian instead. However, when I went vegan, I just went straight from omni to vegan, without the step of vegetarian in the middle that most people seem to do. I think that vegetarian would be more of a better fit for me and my health (please no guilt tripping, I'm definitely never going to eat meat ever again, and it's my life and my decision), but I don't think I should just start chugging milk right away, I don't want to mess my body up. Should I try do it gradually? Any ideas? Thanks!
