I was wondering if ive had chonic pancretius for a while if it went untreated but i didnt know?

i am 26 and a smoker and pot smoker too i was wondering if ive had chronic pancr for a while didnt know and went untreated would the doctors know through bloodwork i had some done recently and it showed a calcium imbalance and i had some done 2 years ago and everthing was fine i was wondering if im compltly screwd or could it be fixed i hope that its not pc
