Two questions about DUI terminology?

as in terms of a dui, and proper court hearings, what does "pretrial suspension imposed order" mean?? also, how does an administrative license suspension(ALS) tie into that?? what are the next steps going to be as in terms of court proceedings? any answers would be greatly appreciated.
