Is the film Zeitgeist a serious problem for the Christian religion?

There seem to be a large number of Christians feverishly making attempts to discredit the film Zeitgeist on YouTube. I've been hearing a great deal lately about the 'end times'; does the Christian community foresee the end of Christianity? Do any non-believers feel Christianity is the only 'end times' we will see in the near future?
