If hip hop stop the usage of the word *****,would us blks be better off?

Don't get me wrong,I know some of us blk pple use da word as a term of endearment but let's be realistic here,******/***** is much more alike then we even know.The webster's def of ****** clearly says;a black person....IT HAS TO STOP!
