Entourage show on HBO?

I have heard so many good things about the show Entourage but I have not watched it because I did not have HBO. Well, ever since we got our new house and got cable we have been getting HBO on the TV in our bedroom (not digital like in our living room). I was wondering if someone could give me a synopsis of the show. I went on the website and everything looked kind of confusing.
