Eskimos are very good hunters, but they never hunt penguins. Why not?

Most penguins do not live in frozen climates...most are tropical and a few are subtropical. There is only one (maybe two) species that live in arctic type climate, but these will be found in the southern hemisphere...in antarctica and tip of south america.
