My baby is almost seven months. I am ready to transition from co sleeping to putting her in her bed.?

She had really bad colic and the only way she would sleep was with me. Now she is getting older and sleeping better I would like to ease her into her own bed. Now the problem is she has gotten used to sleeping with me and she wakes up if I leave her for more than few minutes or move her to her bed. I have also gotten pretty attached to her so it's really tough trying to make myself go through with moving her. Anyone who has actually had to do this please let know what worked for you. Please don't just tell me to let her cry it out.
