Should I go to the emergency room?

My doctor's office is closed obviously cause it's 12midnight and they probably will remain closed for Sunday. The only help I can get is the emergency room? Should I go there? My tonsils have been in pain all day with no relief, I tried benadryl and doing many stuff like salt gargle, etc.. No relief!
