What should my friend do?

A friend of mine is pregnant with a baby that she doesn't want. She doesn't want to have an abortion because that is wrong and completely out of the question. Also she doesn't want the baby to go to a foster home or adopted by a family that will mistreat the baby. She wants to give the baby to another friend of hers that she trusts to take care of the baby and she will still be able to visit as a friend, but never be introuced to the child as its mother. She doesn't want the child to know her as a mother, but as her adoptive mother's friend. She doesn't want her to know she is adopted in other words. Can she just sign over costody to her friend or does she have to put the baby up for adoption? And also, what about the friend that is going to adopt the baby. Will she have to deal with DHS or anything after she gets the baby? Is this even legal to do? She isn't selling the baby, just giving it a better home. 10 points for the most helpful answer!!!
