You don't have an actual video card, you have integrated video. It's basically a chip soldered onto the motherboard that uses system RAM to run the video functions of your computer. Your integrated video adapter is well below the minimum spec for Civ 5. If you have a desktop you can easily purchase an actual video card for your computer. If you have laptop 99% of the time, there video is not upgradable and you're stuck with what you have.
