I have two colics on each side of the front of my hair, its makes my hair unmanageable. Any suggestions?

My whole life, I've had two colics in the front of my hair. For a long time i got around it by just having long hair, but now i'm out of that phase in my life and just want a normal haircut that isn't effected by my colics. Is there anything i can do or maybe a hair style that will go good with my colics, ha. I dunno, just give me your suggestions please! i need them, thx.
