What do you think about Income tax being voluntary?

There is no law say you have to pay them, and the Constitution states very clearly they are voluntary. 99% of your income tax goes to paying the national debt. Roads, schools, defense, police, derive revenue from state, and sales tax. I don't think of myself as a conspiracy theorist, but Federal Reserve stuff is really scary, any thoughts?
